LIGHT PREFABRICATED CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1- DESCRIPTION
PRODUCTION; ISO 9001:2008 - ISO 14001:2004 standards are applied.All materials used areTSE
certified.
SYSTEM; PREFABRİKPLUS constructions may be applied in every kind of settlement plan where the
length and width are multiples of 125 cm depending on utility purpose and requirements.Since a special
non-welded screwed system production and installation technology is used, it provides advantage with more
than one disassembly and installation features.
CARRIER SYSTEM; main carrier construction is made of galvanized plate and consists of special section
wall connection members processed from roll former machine,wall construction, roof joints and purlins and
crosses. When necessary as a result of technical calculations, the wall thickness and width of the profile may
be altered and a column supply may be performed.
STATIC CALCULATIONS ;The static calculations,which are required in accordance with the climatic
regional conditions in the location where the construction would be built and the utility purpose of the
building, shall be performed in compliance with the values set forth under the standards.
ISOLATION; Taking into consideration the conditions of the climatic region where the construction would
be made, it is detailed in a manner where it would provide the isolation values recommended underTS 825.
CALCULATIONS
Snow load K80 kg/m 2 (may vary depending on the climatic conditions of the region to be installed in.)
Speed of wind 102 km/hour
Earthquake zone 1st degree Earthquake zone.
Chassis load capacity 200 kg/m 2 (for multi storey buildings)
Wall isolation K:0,50W/m 2 K) in compliance with the conditions of 3rd climatic region .
Roof isolation K:0,40W/m 2 K) in compliance with the conditions of 2nd climatic region.
2- BASEMENT
The concrete shall be placed in compliance with the ground concrete plan to be given by YEDİTEPE
PREFABRİK.The design of the basement, technical calculations,ground concrete,ground isolation,ground
coating shall be undertaken by the employer.Asteel mesh basement shall be prepared on hardened ground.
The EMPLOYER shall be responsible in case the concrete is not laced in compliance with the concrete plan
to be given by YEDİTEPE PREFABRİK and in case the explanations given in the concrete plan are not
taken into consideration.The building is fixed to the ground concrete by use of anchors and steel pegs.
3- BETOPAN
•Definition It is the construction plate which combines in its body the positive properties of wood and
cement, and which could offer the required solutions for the various demands of the various parts of the
constructions. It does not swell inside the water,does not become mouldy, is not affected frommoisture, it is
not plastic, it does not allow infestation, inflammable
•BetopanTechnical Data Density :~1300 kg/m 3 .Resistance to burning: Inflammable (B1 DIN 4102 Part 1)
Heat conductivity coefficient ( 10˚C dry) :0.15W/mK ,Bending resistance perpendicular to the surface:9
N/mm 2 ,Elasticity module in bending perpendicular to the surface:4500 N/mm 2 .
4- OUTERWALL
•Wall height 2500 mm. •Outer wall thickness 100 mm
•Panel Formation Pressing system wall fixed by use of glues.
•Panel Formation (multi Storey Building) Carcass system panel manufactured from C and U sectioned
profiles which were made of high standard galvanized plate,processed in roll-formmachines.Material
thickness is 1-3 mm according to static calculation.
•Outer wall outer coating 8 mm thickness cemented flake board ( Betopan) CE certified
•Outer wall inner coating. 8 mm thickness cemented flake board ( Betopan) CE certified.

5- INNERWALL

Purlin Profile processed in roll former machine,manufactured from galvanized plate.
Carrier system Steel joint manufactured by use of non-welded construction technology by use of U and C
sectioned profiles which were processed in high standard galvanized plate with 125 cm intervals.Plate
thickness varies between 1,2 and 3 mm according to technical calculations..

13- MEZZANINE FLOOR SYSTEM – For Multi Storey constructions.

manufactured from special production,made of galvanized roll plate.

•Ceiling Coating 12,5 mmThickness white plaster board plate.

15- THEWORKS UNDER THE LIABILITYOF THE EMPLOYER
•Transportation andTransportation insurance shall belong to the customer.
•Ground concrete, every kind of excavation and environmental arrangements
•Covering the needs of accommodation, travelling and catering of installation staff in the works out of
Istanbul.
•Ground and wall coatings (Schappe, ceramic, faience, carpet etc)
•Obtaining the plans,project and eagle permissions for the establishment of the building
•Performing any and all kinds of isolation works between the prefabricated building and ground concrete
•Performing computer and UPS installations and installing the armatures
•Electrical main distribution board (electricity meter,conduit box,main fuses etc) and grounding line
•Performing the outer connections except from prefabricated building (Electricity,drainage,domestic water
etc)
•Kitchen cupboards, flyswatter,banister,bath cupboards,mirror, soap holder,paper holder etc..
•Heating and cooling installations (central heating system air condition etc)
•Supply of electricity and if necessary crane and scaffold to be used during the Installation
•Providing anti-theft security of prefabricated construction materials in the work site
•Performing the installations of sanitary ware and armatures after the installation
16- OTHER No unit/member which ha snot been specified in technical specifications can be demanded by
the customer.The materials written in technical specifications shall be valid on the condition that they are in
the plan.
